THE RNG PROBLEM
Every seed starts with a random number you never get to see. Wallet firmware, a chip, a supply chain — “trust me” all the way down. If the RNG was weak or wicked, your coins were never yours.
Dice are entropy you can hold. No code, no vendor, no black box — physics on your desk, witnessed by exactly one person: you.
That’s the whole pitch: your hands become the RNG, and nothing with a power cable ever learns your seed.
HOW THE REAL DICE WORK
CLATTER
Toss all four at once. Red, green and blue count 1–8; yellow counts 0–3 — 11 bits of entropy per throw, straight from your hand.
Red picks the page, green the block, blue the column, yellow the row — the combo walks you straight to your word. One of 2048, exactly one entry each.
Eleven throws, eleven words. Your VibeSigner computes word 12 — the checksum — offline.

Page → block → column → row: one throw lands on exactly one of the 2048 words. No rerolls, no leftover combos, no d6 tally-sheet gymnastics.
